Founded in 2001 with you in mind
We realized that small and medium businesses require state of the art information,
technology, and services but often can not afford to have them as permanent members
of the payroll.
Seeing this need in the community, we created ARE as a means to provide state of
the art information technology while being by your side, but not as full time payroll
expenses.
Whether you need accounting software, your own exchange server,
or just file and print services we've been there for other customers.
In fact we do about three of the above each month. We know what can be done cost
effectively, and when necessary, how to help you choose your best compromises.
And speaking of costs, we have experience helping organizations move to Voice
over Internet Protocol (VOIP) using the internet to greatly reduce
phone costs, and give big company features at much more reasonable costs. Voice
mail, caller ID, the number of features available without an expensive phone Switch
are nearly inexhaustible.
Concerned with Security? Do you need a Cisco Pix firewall, or anti
spyware and anti virus software? We offer several solutions in each area. Do you
know when and how to update your software so new patches that close loopholes in
the software are added? We can automate these.
No help desk? When you use our monthly maintenance you add access
to our help desk services, as well as having us update your software and anti-spam,
anti-virus software, as well as installing the latest patches from other software
companies whose software you are running.
Do you have power problems? We can get a new battery
for your current ups, or a whole new universal power supply if needed.
Worried about your data? We can arrange off site backups over the
web, arrange tape backups and hope you remember not to store them on site, arrange
a NAS (network attached storage) to lighten your file server's load.
